Obadiah Hulme

Little is known about Obadiah Hulme beyond his authorship of two pamphlets, the 1771 Historical Essay on the English Constitution (of which Thomas Jefferson owned multiple copies) and the 1776 A Plan of Reconciliation Between Great Britain and Her Colonies.
